    1. Position: Sales Manager based in Ha Noi

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    - Bachelor Degree
    - At least 2 years experienced in international brand hotel, strong in MICE, corporate and Government market
    - Responsible and able to work on own initiative
    - Excellent interpersonal skills
    - Good sales and negotiation skills
    - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
    - Excellent English (4 skills)

    GENERAL MISSION

    • The Sales Manager’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel in his/her assigned area to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the hotel to update with the market.

    SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Identifies business potential and upkeeps close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondence in view of entering into contracts with them, especially with corporate accounts.
    - Produces the Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Sales and Marketing Budgets and forecasts for Corporate and Incentives. Assist in the development and implementation of a plan for sales activity. A rolling 12 month plan should include client communication, entertainment, sales trips,
    - Work closely with DOSM to ensure that pricing and yield management principles are being communicated and implemented
    - Ensures the availability of after-sales services and, in particular, concerns him/herself with clients who have registered complaints.
    - Draws up together with the sales team, sales promotions and packages.
    - Establish regular contact with major associations and government departments which specialize in corporate business.
    - Maintains regular contacts with his/her clients and reports any adverse comments to the management for rectification.
    - Be aware at all times of hotel’s special program/promotions and advertising schedule of it in order to deal knowledgeably with clients.
    - Entertains supporting and prospective clients when necessary in order to maintain or develop a long-lasting and growing relationship.
    - Organizes and attends trade shows when requested.
